Ridzuan has 32 years’ experience in the print and electronic media publishing including information and communications technology. Having 8 years solid experience with a two major national newspaper company in Malaysia and he field part of graphic design on a direct project from 1989 to 1997. He was one of the first involved in content providers for several leading telcos in Malaysia for the network of Voice Messaging Services and Short Messaging Service (SMS) when the technologies were first introduced in Malaysia (1995-2009). Being a website builder, graphics and publishing advisor for major portals for the largest clients in Malaysia and international (2010-2017).

On the main occasion which started 2017 until today he is the main provider of Profile Frames for Facebook users that are used to celebrate important moments, to cheer teams on to victory, and to show support for special causes. He started getting involved in line application developers since 2011 by publishing several political party campaign applications and started doing research and development for RARESEEN application system since 2016 up to present moment.

In June 2021, he received the Creator Recognition Achievement award from the Facebook Spark AR Award in four categories including the Awarded for achieving 100,000,000 overall effect impressions where his work reached 440.7M impressions in Facebook and Instagram.
